We want you to feel confident when ordering from us, so please read the information below carefully.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is received.

Generic "My Rosettes" or "My Medals" holders may be returned within this period.

Your item must be:

unused and in the same condition as received
in its original packaging
accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Personalised & Custom Items

As many of our products are made especially for you, including personalised rosette holders and medal displays, we are unable to accept returns on personalised or custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Please double-check all spelling and personalisation details before placing your order, as items are produced exactly as submitted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original item (if eligible), and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items reach us safely. We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from the European Union, additional consumer rights may apply in accordance with local laws.

Please note that personalised or custom-made items may be excluded from cancellation or return rights where permitted by law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
